All costs are included in these rents: house program, utilities, city tax, cleaning and connection and use of internet for KU Leuven students (non-KU Leuven students may still have to pay a separate fee for internet access - depending on the educational institution).
A one-time deposit of €300 is required. Furthermore, we ask - also once only - a deposit of € 50 for the keys. These sums will be refunded at the end of your stay in Lerkeveld.
There are six studios with shower and toilet (no cooking facilities in the studio).
