All costs are included in these rents: house program, utilities, city tax, cleaning and connection and use of internet for KU Leuven students (non-KU Leuven students may still have to pay a separate fee for internet access - depending on the educational institution).
A one-time deposit of € 500 is required (€ 350 for the room and € 150 for the keys). These sums will be refunded at the end of your stay in Lerkeveld.
There are six studios with shower and toilet (no cooking facilities in the studio).
